Kind of reminds me of that Friends episode where Joey Tribiani "learns" to use air quotation marks.. then proceeds to misuse them throughout the entire episode.
I'll tell you this much - seeing the constant (mis)use of these quotation marks at the clinic I went to today for a blood test, surely made my wait more tolerable.
Hahaha I remember that episode! Man, I love friends. This was just yesterday! I thought you had a headache? I thought you were showing it to me because they have signs all over the place. Not for their use of quotation marks.

ReplyDeleteUgh. Reminds me of a colleague who randomly capitalizes words in emails and documents, regardless of emphasis or significance.
